We are the Nottinghamshire Branch of the registered charity based in Warwickshire with over 50 branches in the UK, and the primary provider of both lifesaving and lifeguard training, which is achieved through a network of clubs and groups located around the country.
There are courses to suit all ages and abilities including Rookie, Bronze Medallion, Award of Merit and Distinction lifesaving awards, Open Water awards and the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
We can also provide training in all forms of life support including Save a Baby's Life, Community Life Support and specialist training such as a Health and Safety Executive approved First Aid at Work or Defibrillator Operators course.
