If you can swim why not join us and train for these RLSS Awards Bronze Medallion Award of Merit Distinction Award Life Support National Pool Lifeguard Qualification	Through the Rookie Lifesaver Award and distance swimming awards, we offer young people the opportunity to learn lifesaving, personal survival and life support prior to the adult awards	We can train and examine you for the National Rescue Award and the Rescue Test for Swimming Teachers and Coaches Rescue Breathing
